Many of us encounter adversarial situations / conversations in our projects and our life. And having candid conversations while still maintaining a level of safety and productivity are key to our projects / team functioning at a higher level. This session will look at some of the basics of crucial conversations and some practical techniques that can be used when you need to have a tough discussion.

Jen has worked for Chandos for the last 18 years and has helped lead many of the company’s innovative practices in that time. She has a focus on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), collaborative construction practices, lean, sustainability. Jen is Past-Chair for the Edmonton Construction Association Board, Chair of the Alberta Construction Association Board and a Director on the board of Partners for Affordable Housing.
