Introduction to Distributed Pumping Solutions
Distributed pumping solutions are a paradigm shift away from centralized pumps in distribution networks towards decentralized pumps distributed throughout the building. By replacing balancing and motorized valves with pumps, the system is equipped only with components that generate pressure only when and where it is needed.
Speaker Bio:
Hishaam is an Ontario Professional & Chartered UK Engineer with 18 years of experience in the building service engineering industry. He currently oversees the Grundfos Sustainable Buildings Academy in Canada, where he drives initiatives for sustainable building practices. Hishaam holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Project Management, and an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business.
