Greetings to all of our Region XI members!

We're very excited to be hosting all of our ASHRAE friends here in Edmonton next May for the Chapters' Regional Conference. We've lined up several events to highlight our wonderful city, and we're looking forward to sharing it with everyone. Edmonton is a warm and wonderful city, and we're happy to have you come to visit!

We've selected the FANTASYLAND HOTEL as our venue for the conference. This hotel is connected to the world's largest mall, WEST EDMONTON MALL, which is full of amazing shops and lots of attractions. There are tons of things to do in the mall, and we're hoping everyone will bring their families along. We've been working with our Director and Regional Chair, Traci Hanegan, on a few changes for this CRC that you may not have seen previously. Please visit the AGENDA page to see the altered order of business. Of particular note, the meetings will be starting on THURSDAY AFTERNOON this year, instead of the usual Friday morning. Please be sure to book your rooms and flights to accommodate this change.

REGISTRATION is open starting in January, and will remain open until one week before the conference. After that date, we will accept registrations on site for any latecomers. Please note that early registration discount ENDS ON FEBRUARY 15, 2008. The price for the conference will increase by $75 after that date. We encourage everyone to register early so you can make your plans, and so we can make ours!
